If you purchased video backup within the 90 days of our shutdown announcement, you will receive an automatic refund through the payment processor (Apple or Google). No action is needed to receive a refund.
It may take up to 30 days for your refund to be reflected in your credit card account.
For purchases made before the 90 days prior to our announcement: if you feel you did not get your money’s worth, please use the following links to request a refund:
- If purchased video storage through a payment on iPhone or iPad please use the instructions at the following link to request a refund. We can’t process Apple refunds directly, you’ll have to follow the steps in the link to contact Apple and receive a refund.
- If purchased video storage through a payment on Android, please send us an email using this link and include the email address you use for Google payments in the body of your email.
