On April 23rd Shoebox announced it was shutting down.

As a result, ​all Shoebox Pro users will automatically receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their subscription. No action is needed to receive a refund.

If you were a Shoebox Pro user at the time of this announcement, you’ll continue to receive the benefits of our Pro plan free of charge until the service is shut down​.

When Will I Get My Refund?
All refunds were automatically processed when we announced the shutdown on April 23rd. It may take up to 30 days for your refund to be reflected in your credit card account. However, no action is needed to receive a refund.
 
How are refunds calculated if I subscribed via direct credit card billing (not Apple billing)?
This applies if you see charges labeled “SHOEBOXAPP.COM” on your credit card statement. 
  • If you subscribe to ​Shoebox​ ​Pro Monthly​ via direct credit card billing (paying $5 monthly) you will receive a refund for your most recent monthly payment. 
  • If you subscribe to ​Shoebox​ ​Pro Annual ​via direct credit card billing you will receive a refund for the percentage of the time remaining of your annual subscription. For example, if 60% of the year has passed since you renewed or subscribed, you’ll be refunded 40% of your total annual charge.
How are refunds calculated if I subscribed via Apple subscription? 
  • If you subscribe to ​Shoebox​ ​Pro Monthly ​and pay through and Apple subscription you will receive a refund for your most recent monthly payment. 
  • If you subscribe to ​Shoebox​ ​Pro Annual ​and pay through an Apple subscription you will receive a refund for the percentage of the time remaining of your annual subscription. For example, if 60% of the year has passed since you renewed or subscribed, you’ll be refunded 40% of your total annual charge.
